Day-Of Coordination
This package is for the couple that can handle all the logistics, design, and feel of their big day, but would love to enjoy their event without the worry of a vendor calling on them.
To include:
A one-month out phone call meeting to go over all the vendors, venue, and every little detail you have already nailed down.
A 10-12-hour day-of coordination where I will be on-site at your venue overseeing set up of your décor, linens, tables, and chairs. I will also be your on-call person for all vendors and keep a detailed list from our meeting on who and when all vendors and bridal party should arrive.
A ceremony processional coordination (if venue does not provide).
Keep DJ/band/MC on schedule to move along dances, toasts, blessings, and meals.
Coordinate with specified gift person 30 minutes before reception ends to ensure gifts are taken.
Oversee all décor, food, dessert, and any items are taken after your send off.

Full Planning & Design
This package is for the couple that need a hand creating their dream vision and execution of final details.
To include:
Initial in-person meeting to discuss vision, theme, colors, wants and needs. Initial interested vendors, venues, etc.
Three phone call meetings (12, 6, 3 months out) to go overall details, updates, and changes along the way.
One venue walk-through.
Custom floor plan creation.
Coordinating, booking, and scheduling of all vendors.
Keep couple informed on all upcoming payments, meetings, tastings, etc.
Day-Of Coordinator and on-site 10-12 hours on the day of to oversee all final details.
Coordinator with gift person to take all gifts off-site 30 minutes before the event ends.
Oversee all decor, food, dessert, and any items taken.
Send vendor "Thank You's" after event.
